2. The confusion of government policy

"Master is your ability" has become a common phenomenon in the LED street lighting project. Most of the street lamp management departments have been forced to impose LED street lights by higher level government departments, which also caused a lot of resistance to the relevant LED manufacturers and their products, exaggerating the defects and deficiencies of LED street lamps.
